    Every construction company has different needs regarding a safety program. While your company may not specifically require COR certification, under Manitoba legislation you are required to have a safety program. Sometimes taking that extra step to being COR certified doesn't involve that much more effort or financial cost and can make your company stand out from the rest with the well respected and recognized COR certification standard of safety excellence. 

    Again, every companies needs are different. As well as company specific needs it depends how big your company is, if you require a safety committee, if you hire subcontractors, etc.. 

    There are many different variables that can affect the cost. Most of our clients find the peace of mind, as well as the prevention rebate COR certified companies receive from WCB, worth the cost of having a COR safety program.

We manage your entire safety program including, but not limited to, creation and maintenance of physical and digital Safety & Health Manual, delegation and management of daily documentation requirements, scheduling and holding of legislated safety committee meetings, job site inspections, review, organization and filing of all safety documentation, leading and lagging statistics, incident reporting and WCB claim management, WH&S improvement order compliance, training compliance (such as first aid, WHMIS, ground disturbance, etc..) annual policy update and renewals, safe work practice and safe job procedure implementation and review,  site safety plan management, subcontractor management and evaluation, SDS management, yearly audits (MHCA & CSAM) corrective action plan management, management of disciplinary action, emergency procedures for fire, spills, etc..
